    For nearly 30 years, Barbara Lee (she/her) has built ecosystems, infrastructure, and programs that create opportunities for racialized creatives in the screen industry across Canada and and around the world. She is a community advocate and the Founder of VAFF, RESO, Elimin8hate, AIM and the creator of EXNW and MAMM.

  • Executive Director, RESO; EXNW Asia Pacific Program Director

    Hanna Cho (she/her) serves as RESO’s Executive Director, chairs the Asia Pacific Policy Working Group, and leads as the Asia Pacific program director for EXNW. She is a nationally recognized cultural strategist and planner who brings over 15 years of experience in cultural development, public programming, digital transformation and policy innovation. A multidisciplinary cultural producer, she brings nearly two decades of experience from interactive media production, museums, and community engagement to her current role at RESO.

    Caitlin Alinsod (she/they) brings over 15 years of administrative expertise to RESO, alongside a strong commitment to racial equity and active involvement in Vancouver’s arts community as an actor, writer, and board director for various arts organizations.

    Eunhye Lee is a dialogue and engagement strategist advancing equity, peacebuilding, and inclusive governance across local and global contexts.

    Selena Shiu is the principal and pulse of Experience Curated– a boutique consultancy where structure fuels flow. She builds AI-powered systems and produces international events that create space for connection, helping visionary founders, creative teams, and purpose-driven communities grow with clarity, ease, and impact.

    Bianca Palk (she/her) is the co-founder of Butter Marketing, where she leverages her 10+ years to help small business and not-for-profits achieve their marketing goals through impactful communications.

    Andrew Poon (he/him/his) is a Vancouver-based communications and publicity professional with over two decades of experience working in film, television, public health, and the non-profit sector. He has led high-impact campaigns for VIFF, Knowledge, VAFF, Shaw Media, Corus, VCH and SJA…earning a reputation for building strong media relationships and bringing community stories to the forefront. Andrew’s work bridges strategy and storytelling—highlighting underrepresented voices and helping creative projects reach wider audiences. At EXNW, he’s proud to support efforts that amplify racialized talent and foster connections across the Trans-Pacific creative space.

A globetrotter at heart, Andy has made Vancouver, Canada, his home, leveraging the city’s multicultural landscape to bridge cultures and connect audiences worldwide through his work as a producer and director.

    A lifelong fashion designer and founder of Jolie Couture & Lifestyles, Jolie Chan-Yick has built her creative world from the runway to the event stage. With roots in couture fashion, she expanded her craft into full-scale event design and the development of signature fashion lines. Her passion for detail, storytelling, and refined aesthetics naturally evolved into producing immersive experiences. Jolie continues to weave style and heart into every occasion she touches, bringing a sense of wonder, elegance, and intentional design to EXNW and beyond.
